Are your gemstones real?

Yes, at Love, Louann, we proudly work with ethically-grown lab gemstones (including sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and moissanite). They have the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined stones — just without the environmental impact or the inflated price tag.

Each piece is hand-selected for its colour, brilliance and clarity, so what you receive is always breathtaking.

What metals do you use?

Our jewellery is crafted in premium S925 sterling silver, finished with 2.5microns (as bare minimum of a qualified gold vermeil) of either 18K gold plating or rhodium/platinum plating for extra brilliance and durability.

Every piece is nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and gentle on sensitive skin — perfect for everyday wear or special moments.

Is the jewelry waterproof?

Our pieces are made to be loved and worn often, but like all fine jewellery, they’re not completely waterproof. To keep your plating luminous for years, we recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or applying perfumes and lotions.

A little care goes a long way — and your pieces will stay as radiant as the day you opened your Love, Louann pouch.

Do you offer customization?

We offer limited customisation options depending on the design. If you’re looking for a different gemstone colour or replacing certain material(s), please reach out to us through our Contact Us page — we’re always happy to help.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Give your pieces a gentle wipe with our polishing cloth (complimentary with your purchase) after each wear. Store them in a dry place — ideally inside your Love, Louann microfibre pouch to prevent scratches and tarnish.

Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfumes and lotions to preserve the brilliance of the plating and stones.

Think of it like caring for something sentimental: the more love you give, the longer it shines.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you ship internationally?

We have not open our brand to the rest of the world at this stage, but please reach out anytime and we will try out best to accomodate your needs.

How long does delivery take?

Every Love, Louann piece is made just for you. Crafting plus quality checks take around 3–4 weeks as we like to give you the "fresh out of the oven" jewellery. Once your jewellery arrives to us, we’ll send it out within 1–2 business days.
Express delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, and we’ll email you a tracking link as soon as it begins its journey to you.

What if I’m not satisfied?

We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original condition. Simply reach out through our Contact Us page and we’ll guide you through the process.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items we deem as not in sellable condition, damaged, altered or used.

What if the items are faulty upon arrival?

Quality means everything to us. If your necklace arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. Depending on the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund once the item is returned to us. Just reach out through our Contact Us page — we’ll take care of you from there.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you ever need help, just reach out to us — we’re here for you.

Yes, absolutely!
All Love, Louann orders come gift-ready, and you can add a personalised gift note at checkout. We’ll hand-write it and tuck it into your package or package to your preference(s) so it arrives beautifully personal.
