Once your jewellery arrives to us (usually within 3–4 business weeks), we process and prepare your order within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder — or reach out to us through our Contact Us page and we’ll happily resend it.

If you need to update anything (details, address, or item), please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make further changes.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned to us, we will refund the item cost once it arrives back safely.

All pieces are made to order.
Production generally takes 3–4 weeks (business days) for your jewellery to arrive to us.

Once we receive the stocks, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders over $499 gets FREE express shipping.
